Did you see the multiple blog posts on the free Manuka Doctor Skin api-nourish try me set? Free, minus postage anyway. I decided to give it a try and ordered without a full read on the product description. I was therefore very surprised when I received the world’s smallest package! Three pinky finger sized tubes, which I realised is because clearly it is a set for you to try the products before buying the full sized ones.
The set contains a rejuvenating face mask, age-defying serum and a restoring night cream, all which aim to give a more youthful looking complexion. Manuka Doctor products contains purified bee venom. Bee venom benefits supposedly include cell regeneration, renewal of damaged skin cells, reduced scarring, treatment and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, collagen formation, healing process of acne, anti-inflammatory, and elimination and prevention of acne. Being covered in acne scars, I am hopeful that these claims are true.
I have yet to try them, but I doubt that no matter how amazing they are, I will not be repurchasing for £15.99, or getting the full sized products for around £40, as I have a lot of unopened skin care products to work my way through. Who knows though, keep an eye out for my review in case I’ve been won over!
