The Perfect Festival Eyeliner

Liquid eyeliner is something I am just getting my head around, thanks to the help of Maybelline’s Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner. Felt liners are so much easier to work with than your usual liquid eyeliner! However, easy as they are to apply, the longevity isn’t as good as your run of the mill liquid eyeliner.

On the other side of the spectrum, once you put Seventeen’s Tattoo Me 48 hour wear eyeliner on, you ain’t getting it off. Seriously, it sticks with you thick and thin. Going on a night out? You’ll wake up with perfectly lined peepers. Emotional film? Your liner will stay stronger than you do! The only con to this is it takes some serious elbow grease to get off. I’m talking three separate cleanses, minimum! Which is why I think this is probably the most perfect beauty tool you will need for a festival. Not even at a festival, you could literally do this at home on Thursday and it would be going strong by the time you head home on Monday. Team that with a layer of waterproof mascara each morning and your eyes are all beautified and festival proof!

The only thing I dislike about this liner is that it isn’t a felt tip, and that’s purely because I am awful at applying eyeliner. Plus my lids are quite hooded, so I need a really thin line and I find this is better at doing thicker lines. If I could do cat eyes, I feel like this would do them amazingly, and never fade. Because it is so hard to get off, making a mistake could cost you about 10 minutes of eyeliner removal as well.

If you’re heading for a festival this year, I highly recommend you buy Tattoo Me. Even if you get serious panda eyes from running mascara, at least you’ll have perfect eyeliner. Isn’t that every girls dream? Plus, it is only £4.99 and is more often than not included in the Boots offers that go on.

Pros:
Affordable
Seriously long lasting
Waterproof

Cons:
Can be tricky to apply if you’re a bit rubbish at eyeliner
Is hard to get off if you’ve applied it badly!
Is hard to get off in general

What’s your favourite eyeliner? I’m quite new to the eyeliner game so suggestions are welcome!
