Don’t you find you always get the urge to buy things when you don’t have money? I was just innocently strolling around town to get out of the house and pick up some ingredients for dinner, when I got massively side tracked by The Body Shop. I was in one of those “ah, screw it” moods as I hadn’t bought anything for myself in ages, and I had wanted the Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet Moisturiser after reading a rave review on it, so I grabbed one and headed straight for the counter, where I was convinced to make the most of the 3 for 2 by the assistant. Don’t you just hate it when that happens?
Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet
This is a moisturiser with a seriously silky smooth feel, and a really light fragrance I can’t quite put my finger on. I’ve been finding moisturiser way too heavy for my skin while it’s been this hot, so I’m hoping this is light enough to perk my skin up.
All-In-One Instablur
I love my Benefit Porefessional but it can get quite chalky on my skin, and I’d seen a few reviews a while back saying how amazing this was, and much lighter on the skin. To be honest, my pores are one of the only things that don’t bother me but I find pore blurring products help to conceal my scarring.
Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion
The heat recently has been seriously breaking me out, to the point I have taken to cleansing and toning a few times a day! I was going to get the Tea Tree toner, but this caught my eye and I thought it might be a bit stronger. It also says it improves the appearance of blemish damaged skin, so I’m hoping this will help heal any pigment and scarring I have!
As well as the 3 for 2, I got 20% off for being a Love Your Body member so the total shop came to £20.80! A tad more than the zero I was meant to spend but definitely good value for money.
